Actress, Lindsay Lohan has had a fantastic life. Lindsay started working as a model when she was three. She was in her fisrt big film when she was 12. She has been in three hit teen movies in just two years : Freaky Friday, Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen and Mean Girls.

In 2004 she became the youngest person to host the MTV Movie Awards. Now she has made her first album "Speak". Lindsay had spent her whole life working. But she says "One day I just realized that this is what I want to be doing. It is a lot of work and I do get tried. But I appreciate it. I couldn´t be happier".

Lindsay, from New York City, might have a good feel for success from her parents Dina and Michael. Dina worked on wall street and today she manages Lindsay´s career. Michael who made millions of dollars with his family pasta company worked on wall street, too.

Lindsay started her career in television by being in 60 commercials for comapnies like The Gap and Pizza Hut. When she was 12 she acted in the US TV series Another World. Then She acted in three films made by Walt Disney Pictures.

   4)   If I am able to be a role model to other people, I can set good examples. I think it’s important to show that [acting’s] not all about money or glamour. If I can set an example that drugs aren’t necessary and [kids] should just be themselves, why not? [Acting] is really cool. I’d like to stay with it.

   5)   I think acting is a little harder than singing or dancing because you are playing someone who is not really you. You have to pretend to be somebody you have never met. Since the person is imaginary, you have to start from scratch.
